Three Courses, Each Focused on a Different Decision
We offer programmes on mid-life financial review, income planning, and CPF LIFE — Singapore-specific courses that give participants the knowledge to make their own informed decisions.

How Our Programmes Are Structured
Each Bintang Capital course is built around a sequence rather than a list. Topics are ordered so that each week's session builds directly on the session before it. Participants are not asked to retain disconnected facts — they are building a framework one layer at a time.
Group discussions are a formal component of each session, not an informal add-on. Facilitators prepare guided discussion questions drawn from the workbook material. This structure means conversations stay focused and productive even in a group of diverse backgrounds.
The workbooks are written in plain language with Singapore-specific examples throughout. Each workbook is designed to be useful for reference after the programme ends, not just during it.
