Legal Document
These terms govern your use of the Bintang Capital website and set out the conditions under which our financial education programmes are offered and delivered.
Last updated: April 2025
These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the Bintang Capital website located at bintangca.sbs and to any enrolment in programmes offered by Bintang Capital. By accessing this website or enrolling in a programme, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these terms.
Bintang Capital is a financial education practice based at 50 Raffles Place, #22-04, Singapore 048623. References to "we," "our," or "us" throughout this document refer to Bintang Capital.
Our programmes are educational in nature. They are designed to build financial literacy and help participants understand concepts relevant to personal finance, retirement planning, and investment instruments available in Singapore.
The content delivered in our courses does not constitute financial advice, and no programme should be construed as a recommendation to take any specific action regarding your personal finances. We strongly encourage participants to seek advice from a qualified and licensed financial adviser before making any significant financial decisions.
Our facilitators may hold professional qualifications and licences; however, in the context of these programmes, they are acting as educators and not as personal financial advisers to any individual participant.
Enrolment in a programme is confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued by Bintang Capital. We reserve the right to decline or defer enrolment requests at our reasonable discretion, including where a programme cohort has reached capacity.
Programme fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of all course materials unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.
All transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment card details on our systems.
We understand that circumstances change. If you need to withdraw from a programme, please notify us as early as possible at [email protected].
Bintang Capital reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a programme in the event of insufficient enrolments or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, enrolled participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date.
We welcome a wide range of participants and ask that all attendees approach sessions with consideration for others in the group. We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave a session or a programme if their behaviour materially disrupts the experience of other participants or our facilitators. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Course materials, workbooks, and content provided during a programme are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials is not permitted without prior written consent from Bintang Capital.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, and course material — is the property of Bintang Capital or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, or distribute any portion of this content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided that attribution is maintained.
Bintang Capital provides educational content in good faith and with reasonable care. However, we cannot accept liability for any financial loss, missed opportunity, or other outcome that a participant attributes to their participation in — or the content of — any of our programmes.
Our liability to any participant is limited to the amount paid for the specific programme in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
This website is provided for informational purposes. We aim to keep content accurate and current but cannot warrant that every detail is complete or up to date at all times. Programme fees, schedules, and content may change without advance notice on the website.
You may not use this website in any way that would impair its availability or integrity, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data connected with it.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
If you have any questions about these terms, please write to us at [email protected] or call +65 8427 1963.
